Disrupting Homeownership with AI-Driven, Immersive Experiences
The Spark
After closing on my first Bay Area home, bam—the repair bills hit me like a freight train. That moment was a real lightbulb. I realized that homeownership today is a beast, and the tools currently available simply aren’t designed to handle the complexities of modern property management. Sure, there are home maintenance apps like Centriq and Househappy, and smart assistants like Alexa and Google Home that nail automation. But none of these offer the adaptive, personalized, AI-driven guidance that new homeowners desperately need. So, I dove into research: rolling out surveys and conducting in-depth interviews to get to the heart of the matter. This awakening not only inspired the product vision but also redefined my commitment to merging cutting-edge AI with everyday usability, ensuring that every feature is backed by genuine user empathy as I created this project entirely on my own.
